1. Material selection of crusher liner
The crusher lining plate should have the characteristics of surface hardening under impact load, forming a hard and wear-resistant surface, while still maintaining the original toughness of its internal metal, so that it can be used as the common wear-resistant material of the crusher. The ZGMn13 material used for the lining plate of the existing crusher meets these requirements.
2. Reduce the surface roughness of jaw crusher liner.
Reducing the surface roughness of cylinder liner is the way to improve the fatigue resistance and wear resistance. The requirement of lining plate surface roughness is related to the contact stress of lining plate surface. Generally, when the contact stress or the surface hardness of the lining plate is high, the requirements for the surface roughness of the lining plate are low.
3. Crusher liner shape
The test of smooth surface liner shows that under the same conditions, compared with the tooth shaped liner, the productivity is increased by about 40% and the service life is increased by about 50%. However, the crushing force has increased by about 15%, and the particle size of the product after crushing cannot be controlled, and the power consumption has increased slightly. Therefore, for broken layered materials, it is not suitable to use smooth lining plates when the product size is relatively high. For materials with strong crushing corrosive, smooth lining plates can also be used to prolong the service life of lining plates.
