Working Principle

The machine adopts hydraulic locking, wave pressure adjusting discharge port, hydraulic cavity cleaning and other control devices to make it automatic. The degree of modernization has been greatly improved. When the Cone Crusher is running, the motor rotates around the main shaft fixed on the frame under the force of eccentric sleeve through the belt pulley, transmission shaft and cone part, and the rolling mortar wall is fixed on the adjusting sleeve. With the rotation of the tapered part, the broken wall sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the rolling mortar wall. After entering the crushing chamber from the upper feeding port, materials will be crushed by the mutual impact and extrusion force between the crushing wall and the roller compacted mortar wall. The material that finally meets the particle size is discharged from the outlet. When the uncracked objects fall into the crushing chamber, the piston in the hydraulic cylinder drops, and the moving cone also drops, which expands the discharge port and discharges the uncracked objects, realizing safety. After the object is discharged, the moving cone rises and returns to normal.
