1. Crushing chamber

The wear of the whole parallel zone is greater than that of the upper cavity. After the crushing chamber is worn, the shape of the crusher chamber changes greatly and completely loses its original shape, which seriously affects the crushing effect of the crusher.
2. Break the wall
The broken wall in the cone crusher is fixed on the cone body with the cone head, and the zinc alloy is cast between the two, the broken wall is the key to extrusion crushing, can not work after the damage, resulting in shutdown, after the replacement of the cone broken wall work 6-8 hours, should check the fastening situation, found loose to tighten immediately.
3. Rolling the mortar wall
The crushing wall and the rolling wall are the parts that directly contact the material, and they are also the main wear-resistant parts in the cone crusher. When the cone is in operation, the broken wall will do track movement, and the distance from the rolling wall is sometimes close to and sometimes far away, the material is crushed by the crushing wall and the rolling wall of the extrusion and impact, then part of the material will be discharged from the external discharge port. 4. Spindle and cone bushing
Under the normal working condition of the crusher, the spindle and the cone bushing have obvious wear marks on the top of the cone bushing at about 400mm. If the spindle and cone bushing wear more heavily in the lower part but lighter in the upper part, the moving cone will have a mild instability phenomenon, the crusher can not operate normally. If there is local contact between the spindle and the cone bushing at the lower end, the cone bushing will have a crack damage.
5. Thrust disc and gear
The wear of the thrust disk along the outer circle is serious, and the wear of the outer ring is faster than that of the inner ring due to the large linear speed of the outer ring. And because of the eccentric shaft sleeve skew and increase its outer ring grinding. When the crusher is running, the large bevel gear moves round the crusher with the radius of the straight bushing gap, which will make the gear produce additional shock vibration and additional wear during operation, and shorten the life of the gear.
6, frame and spherical bearings
The wear of spherical tiles is a process of gradual development from the outer ring to the inner ring. In the later period of use, it may make the moving cone unstable, and the spindle is stuck at the lower mouth of the cone bushing, resulting in cracks and damage to the lower mouth of the cone bushing, and even the “flying car” phenomenon and damage to the spherical tile, in addition to normal wear and tear, cracks are generated.
7, eccentric shaft sleeve and straight bushing
The wear of eccentric bushing is manifested along the height direction of eccentric bushing, its upper wear is heavy and the lower end has slight wear. The degree of upper wear is also gradually reduced upward and downward. During the operation of cone crusher, the straight bushing often moves upward and cracks occur in the straight bushing. It is easier to crack when the straight bushing is channeled up, but when the straight bushing is cracked, the debris generated will cut the center hole surface of the frame and make it circular; The crack debris is particularly serious to the eccentric shaft sleeve, which will worsen the working condition of the whole machine and even cause serious accidents.
8. Shaft sleeve
Shaft sleeve wear will seriously affect the production, the shaft sleeve wear to a certain extent to be replaced in time, the replacement of the shaft sleeve is also a certain skill, when removing the shaft sleeve, the first choice is to separate the cutting ring of the shaft sleeve, to prevent damage to the spindle, and then through the iron rod counterclockwise rotation can easily remove the shaft sleeve.
9. Cone sleeve
The cone sleeve should be regularly checked and replaced in time, and the replacement cycle should be determined according to the hardness of the material processing and the working time of the day. In the replacement to prevent bushing rotation to add zinc alloy inside, cone crusher cone sleeve and eccentric shaft can not leave gaps.
