Vibrating screen is a common mechanical equipment such as beneficiation production line, sand and stone production system, which is mainly used to filter out powder or unqualified materials in the material and screen out qualified and standard materials. Once the vibrating screen fails in the production system, it will affect the normal production of the entire system and reduce the production efficiency. Therefore, we must do a good job of the daily maintenance of the vibrating screen.
1, although the vibrating screen does not need lubricating oil, it still needs to be overhauled once a year, replace the liner, and trim the two screen surfaces. The vibration motor should be removed for inspection, and the motor bearing should be changed, and if the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced.
2, the screen should be taken out often, regularly check whether the screen surface is damaged or uneven, and whether the screen hole is blocked.
3, it is recommended to make a support frame to hang the spare screen surface.
4, often check the seal, found wear or defects should be replaced in time.
5, each shift check the screen pressing device, if loose should be pressed.
6, each shift check whether the connection of the feed box is loose, if the gap becomes large, cause collision, will make the equipment rupture.
7, each shift to check the screen body support device, observe the hollow rubber pad for obvious deformation or degumming phenomenon, when the rubber pad is damaged or transitional flattening, two hollow rubber pads should be replaced at the same time.
