1 Daily maintenance – lubrication
1, the crusher a total of four lubrication points, that is, 4 bearings, must be refueled once a day. 2, the normal operating temperature range of the bearing is 40-70℃. 3, if the working temperature reaches more than 75℃ must check the cause. 4, if the temperature of one of the bearings is 10-15 ° C (18-27 ° F) higher than the temperature of the other bearings, the bearings should also be checked.
The central fuel supply system (SJ750 and above models) makes maintenance easier and convenient the central fuel supply system refueling steps are as follows:
1. Add the grease to the manual oil pump, open the valve to exhaust, shake the handle, the grease enters the progressive oil separator through the high pressure oil pipe, and then shunt into each lubrication point. The progressive oil distributor can ensure that the amount of oil is evenly distributed to each lubrication point, when a lubrication point or pipeline is blocked, other lubrication points can not work, and the fault point should be found in time and eliminated. 2. After refueling is complete, reverse the reversing valve, remove the pipeline pressure, and set the handle to the vertical position for the next refueling. This completes the complete refueling procedure.
Timely and correct lubrication is very important for the long-term stable operation of the crusher.
Routine maintenance – belt, flywheel installation
Use keyless expansion sleeve connection, pay attention to the eccentric shaft end face and the end face of the belt pulley mark, and then tighten the screw on the expansion sleeve, expansion sleeve screw tightening force should be uniform, moderate, not too large, it is recommended to use torque plate hand.
After assembly, check the flywheel and pulley and eccentric shaft center line Angle β, and then install the shaft end stop ring.
Daily inspection
1, check the tension of the transmission belt;
2, check the tightness of all bolts and nuts;
3. Clean all safety signs and ensure that they are clearly visible;
4, check whether the refueling device oil leakage;
5, check whether the spring is invalid;
6, during the operation, listen to the sound of the bearing and check its temperature, the maximum is not more than 75°C;
7, check whether the outflow of grease is appropriate;
8. Observe whether the sound of the crusher is abnormal.
Weekly check
1, check the tooth plate, edge protection plate wear degree, if necessary to replace;
2. Check whether the bracket is aligned, flat and straight, and whether there are cracks;
3. Check whether the anchor bolt is loose;
4, check the installation and status of the pulley, flywheel and whether the bolts are strong.
