1. Preparation before driving
1) Check whether the main components are in good condition, whether the fastening bolts and other connectors are loose, and whether the safety device is complete;
2) Check whether the feeding equipment, conveying equipment, electrical equipment, etc. are in good condition;
3) Check whether the lubrication device is good;
4) Check whether the cooling water pipe valve is open;
5) Check whether there is ore or debris in the crushing chamber to ensure that the crusher starts without load.
2, start and normal operation
1) Drive according to the operating rules, that is, the driving sequence is the reverse production process;
2) When starting the main motor, pay attention to the ammeter indication on the control cabinet, after 20-30s, the current will drop to the normal working current value;
3) Adjust and control the feeding, so that the feeding is uniform, the material particle size does not exceed 80%-90% of the width of the feed port;
4) The general bearing temperature should not exceed 60 ° C, rolling bearing temperature should not exceed 70 ° C;
5) When the electrical equipment automatically trips, if the reason is unknown, it is strictly prohibited to forcibly start continuously;
6) In case of mechanical failure and personal accident, stop immediately.
3. Pay attention to parking
1) The parking sequence is opposite to the driving sequence, that is, the operation follows the direction of the production process;
2) The work of the lubrication and cooling system must be stopped after the crusher is stopped, and the circulating cooling water in the bearing should be discharged in winter to avoid the bearing being cracked by freezing;
3) Do a good job of cleaning and checking all parts of the machine after shutdown.
4. Lubrication
1) The connecting rod bearing, eccentric shaft bearing and thrust plate elbow of the jaw crusher are lubricated with lubricating oil. It is more suitable to use 70 mechanical oil in summer, and 40 mechanical oil can be used in winter. If the crusher is often continuous work, there is an oil heating device in winter, and the ambient temperature in summer is not too high, you can use No. 50 mechanical oil lubrication.
2) The connecting rod bearings and eccentric shaft bearings of large and medium-sized jaw crusher are mostly lubricated by pressure circulation. It is the gear oil pump (or other kinds of oil pump) driven by an electric motor that presses the oil in the storage tank into the lubricating parts such as bearings through the pressure tubing. The lubricated oil flows into the oil collector and is sent back to the storage tank through the angled return pipe.
3) The oil temperature heater can pre-heat the lubricating oil and then use it in winter.
4) When the oil pump suddenly fails, the crusher needs 15-20min to stop due to the large swing force, then it is necessary to use the hand pressure oil pump to feed the oil, so that the bearing to keep lubricating without the accident of burning the bearing.
5, inspection and maintenance of jaw crusher inspection and maintenance mainly have the following points:
1) Check the heat of the bearing. Because the bearing alloy used for casting the bearing shell can work normally when it is below 100 ° C, if it exceeds this temperature, it should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the fault. The inspection method is: if there is a thermometer on the bearing, you can directly observe its indication, if there is no thermometer can be used by hand model, that is, put the back of the hand on the tile shell, when the hot can not be put, about no more than 5s, then the temperature is more than 60℃.
2) Check whether the lubrication system works normally. Listen to the work of the gear oil pump whether there is a crash, etc., see the value of the oil pressure gauge, check the amount of oil in the tank and whether the lubrication system is leaking oil, if the amount of oil is not enough, it should be supplemented in time.
3) Check whether the oil returned from the return pipe contains metal fine dust and other dirt, if there should be immediately stop and open the bearing and other lubrication parts for inspection.
4) Check whether the connecting parts such as bolts and flywheel keys are loose.
5) Check the wear of the jaw plate and transmission components, whether the tie rod spring has cracks, and whether the work is normal.
6) Often keep the equipment clean, so that no ash accumulation, no oil, no oil leakage, no water leakage, no leakage, in particular, pay attention to dust and other debris shall not enter the lubrication system and lubrication parts, because on the one hand they will destroy the lubricating oil film, so that the equipment loses lubrication and increase wear, on the other hand, dust and other debris itself is an abrasive, After entering, it will also accelerate the wear of the equipment and shorten the life of the equipment.
7) Regularly clean the filter of lubricating oil with gasoline, and then continue to use it after cleaning until it is completely dry.
8) Replace the lubricating oil in the oil tank regularly, which can be replaced every six months. This is because the lubricating oil in the process of use due to exposure to air (oxygen) and the influence of heat (the temperature increases by 10 ° C, the oxidation rate is doubled), and there are dust, moisture or fuel infiltration, and some other reasons and constantly aging deterioration, so that the oil loses lubrication performance, so we should reasonably choose to replace the lubricating oil cycle, can not make do.
