The general equipment will have an oil temperature alarm device, the usual set value is 60℃, because each equipment is not the same working conditions, the alarm value is determined according to the actual situation. In winter and summer, due to the large difference in ambient temperature, the alarm value should be adjusted accordingly, its setting method is: in the normal operation of the crusher, observe and record the oil return temperature for several days, once the temperature is stable, the stable temperature plus 6℃ is the alarm temperature value. Cone crusher According to the site environment and operating conditions, the normal oil temperature should be maintained at 38-55 ° C, the best working temperature state in the range of 38-46 ° C, if the temperature is too high continuous operation, to a certain extent, it will cause the crusher to burn shingle broken shaft and other equipment accidents.

In the choice of lubricating oil, we ask what type of lubricating oil is used in different seasons, in fact, it is very simple: winter: the weather is cold, the temperature is low, it is recommended to use relatively thin and slippery lubricating oil; Summer: hot weather, high temperature, it is recommended to use relatively viscous lubricating oil. The general temperature is 40 mechanical oil in spring and autumn, 20 or 30 mechanical oil in winter, 50 mechanical oil in summer, and 10 or 15 mechanical oil can be used in winter in cold regions to meet the normal operation of equipment.

Because at low temperatures, viscous lubricating oil will become more viscous, which is not conducive to spreading in the parts that need lubrication, and relatively thin and slippery lubricating oil can achieve the effect we want; At high temperatures, the viscous lubricating oil will become relatively thin and slippery, which can be well adhered to the parts inside the equipment that need lubrication, and the viscous lubricating oil can take away more heat, if the use of very thin and slippery lubricating oil, the adhesion effect on the lubrication system is relatively bad.

In addition to the different types of lubricating oil in different seasons, it is also related to the parts of the cone, such as:
① When the load requirements of the parts are relatively large and the speed is low, the lubricating oil with high viscosity value should be selected, which is conducive to the formation of the lubricating oil film and the equipment produces good lubrication;
② When the equipment is running at a high speed, the lubricating oil with low viscosity should be selected to avoid excessive operating load due to friction within the liquid, causing the equipment to heat;
③ When the gap between the rotating parts is large, the lubricating oil with high viscosity value should be selected.
