The hydraulic system is a very important part of the hydraulic cone crusher, which requires frequent maintenance, especially for the hydraulic oil which is very important in the hydraulic system. The replacement of hydraulic oil plays a very important role in the maintenance of the hydraulic system of the cone crusher.
So, when should the hydraulic oil be replaced? Mainly look at the “three elements” :
1. Water content. Water in hydraulic oil will affect its lubrication performance, when a large amount of water into the hydraulic oil, because the water and oil will not mix together, the mixing process will form a cloudy mixture. At this time, we need to replace the hydraulic oil, so as not to affect the performance of the hydraulic cone crusher.
2. Oxidation degree. Usually the new hydraulic oil color is relatively light, there is no obvious odor, but with the extension of the use of time, long-term high temperature oxidation will deepen the color of the hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher is dark brown in color and has an odor, the hydraulic oil has been oxidized and needs to be replaced with new oil.
3. Impurity content. Hydraulic cone crusher in the working process, due to the continuous collision and grinding between the parts, it is easy to produce debris, which will inevitably enter the hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil contains a large amount of impurities, not only will the quality be reduced, but the damaged part of the cone may also be damaged. Therefore, after using hydraulic oil for a period of time, pay attention to the impurity content in hydraulic oil, and excessive impurity content requires timely replacement of hydraulic oil.
