05 Type of bearing and bearing seat
Bearing is the core parts of the jaw crusher, high value, high reliability requirements, once the problem is often high maintenance costs, maintenance time is long, therefore, bearing and bearing housing-related components design and manufacturing requirements are strict. Bearings generally choose double row tapered roller spherical bearings, for the frame housing, some choose integral housing, some choose semi-open housing. Semi-open bearing seat installation should be extra careful, otherwise the installation is not good, easy to make the bearing uneven force, resulting in bearing damage, but the semi-open bearing seat is easy to quickly install and disassemble, such as the United States Astec (Astec) company used this type of bearing seat. 06 Start and control
The main motor can start directly, start with electronic soft starter and start with variable resistance.
